Who is this network for?
This service is for first responders, their families and clinicians offering specialized mental health support and any organizations supporting first responders and their families.
What kind of mental health support do you offer?
All vetted clinicians provide culturally competent trauma-informed therapy, and peer support tailored to first responders.
How do I find the right provider?
Search our vetted providers based on specialties, location, and experience with first responders.
Is this service confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private, and providers follow strict confidentiality laws.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required; you can contact a provider directly.
Do you accept insurance?
Many providers accept insurance. You can search for your insurance on the spread sheet of vetted providers here or check with them directly for coverage details.
How do I know if I need help?
If stress, anxiety, or past experiences are affecting your work, relationships, or well-being, support can help.
Are there therapist that have first hand experience as first responders?
Many of our providers have served as first responders, have first responder family members or spouses and have extensive experience working with this community.
